Working with Tamahar Trust has been a truly enriching and rewarding experience for me. From the moment I connected with this remarkable NGO, I was deeply impressed by their passion and dedication to empowering children with autism and their families. My journey with Tamahar began through facilitating their onboarding onto Cisco Benevity, an initiative that opened up new avenues for corporate social responsibility and community support—something I am passionate about. What stood out most during this process was Tamahar’s openness and willingness to collaborate, which made it easy to advocate for their cause within Cisco. I was privileged to help amplify their presence across various teams, resulting in multiple volunteer engagements and CSR activities. This ripple effect not only brought valuable resources to the NGO but also raised awareness about autism and developmental challenges among many professionals who might not have encountered this field otherwise. Beyond the logistical and promotional aspects, my interactions with Tamahar’s team revealed the deep compassion and professionalism that form the backbone of their work. They approach each child with an understanding that no two journeys are the same and tailor their programs accordingly.
